Hope
Medical Outreach Coalition provides access to and coordinates donated
medical and dental care for people who do not have
insurance and have low-incomes, do not have and are not eligible
for Medicaid or Medicare, Veterans Benefits, Douglas County
General Assistance Primary Healthcare Network and cannot
afford health care. Medications are also available at
affordable rates.
A network of health clinics and
community health centers act as an entry point to Hope and
provide primary or general health care. Volunteer
doctors, dentists and nurses augment services at some of the
clinics and health centers helping them serve more people.
Other physicians and dentists volunteer to see our patients
in their offices at no or nominal charges.
Hope coordinates and links area clinics to
each other and to health systems and patients to
resources, as a single source for helping qualified patients
get the care they need. We offer quality care and patients
are treated with respect. Our goal is to keep you healthy
so that you stay on the job and productive and out of
the emergency room.
If you can't afford to pay for insurance,
we can help you get medical care and
prescriptions. That includes seeing a doctor or dentist for
most treatments you may need. Prescriptions are available at
affordable costs.
